Pizza Dough

From our local bakery - Pizza Dough is a great way to make an easy dinner at home we sell this fresh and frozen depending on demand. 
1) Let the dough sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes or so before rolling.

2) Use flour to prevent sticking.

3) Roll it thin if you like a crispy crust.

4) Pre-bake the crust for 3-4 minutes before topping
Before you begin stretching, warm up your cold dough for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Gluten, the protein that makes pizza dough chewy, is tighter in cold conditions like the fridge, which is why cold pizza dough will stretch out and snap back just like a rubber band
